Special features:
- Instant 3D scanning – The optical tracking of the TrackScan-P 3D system allows users to begin scanning instantly without the need to stick targets, considerably increasing efficiency and lowering costs.
- Edge Detection – TrackScan offers an outstanding feature called instant edge detection. Allowing users to inspect circles, grooves, and machined holes of stamping parts in various finishes on the site without having to import original CAD models. The gray value measurement and optional auxiliary light module enable effective edge detection. Good measurements are accomplished by providing accurate and repeatable hole positions and diameters.
- Fast and accurate – By freely switching between multiple working modes, the TrackScan fits different scanning situations with an accuracy of up to 0.025 mm and an ultra-fast measurement rate of up to 2,600,000 measurements/s. Its 7 parallel blue laser lines perform well for capturing details. A single blue laser line aims to collect 3D data of deep holes and hard-to-reach areas efficiently.
- Strong Adaptability – Sturdy and reliable, made from materials suitable for aerospace use. It also has a powerful anti-interference ability that enables it to function without disruption from temperature changes or vibrations. TrackScan’s sophisticated algorithm allows it to capture 3D data of both dark and reflective surfaces with reliability.
Extendable applications:
- i-Tracker – To measure large-scale items without sacrificing precision, its measuring range can be dynamically expanded by adding more i-Tracker.
- T-Probe – It can be used with a tracking T-Probe (available in several sizes) to probe inaccessible areas, such as holes and hidden spots. This contact measurement probe provides accurate values with a high single-point repeatability of 0.030 mm.
- Automation – For effective batch measurement, it can be installed on a robotic arm to create the automated 3D measurement system AM-CELL or AutoScan-T.
- M-Track – For intelligent robotic path planning and guiding, the i-Tracker can also be paired with path planning software.
- AirGO – Combined with Scantech’s AirGo Pro wireless communication link, it enables free and mobile 3D scanning.
