AutoScan-T

The AutoScan-T automatic 3D system is a new upgrade to intelligent automated inspection. It is specifically intended for automated quality control on the shop floor, allowing companies to achieve the best possible cost-efficiency relation.

AutoScan-T performs non-destructive scanning without requiring markers. Its seamless link to the production process significantly reduces workload. The military-grade manufacturing quality ensures robust anti-interference and great adaptability to complex and demanding workshop conditions. It has a wide range of applications, including national defense, energy, 5G, mold manufacturing, and more. Users can easily operate the system thanks to one-click start, offline programming, and compatibility with 3D software.

Seamless working

Based on automatic optical tracking and seamlessly integrated into the production line, it is designed for online automated inspection and enhances the iterative efficiency of the production process greatly.

Multiple Configurations

Implement simultaneous optical tracking and scanning as well as customized solutions by combining with the handheld 3D scanner, portable CMM, MSCAN photogrammetry system, rotary platforms, and guide rails.

Fast and accurate

With the use of synchronous tracking and blue laser technologies, it is capable of up to 1,900,000 measurements per second and 0.025 mm of accuracy. It is possible to achieve automated production that is both adaptable and efficient without being impacted by external factors.

Military-grade quality

The military-grade design provides greater adaptability in challenging industrial environments due to its resistance to temperature, vibration, dust, and other environmental factors.

Simple operation

Because of its one-click start feature, offline programming, and automated inspection generation, this system makes it simple for users of all skill levels to complete measurements.
