Smooth 3D Experience
The advanced algorithm allows for 3D scanning of objects at rates of up to 2.80 million measurements per second. It has been created to provide users with a seamless efficient 3D digitizing experience. It distributes heat more efficiently due to its hollow structure. Low power consumption and efficient measuring performance are advantages of the 3D scanner. Its flexibility allows it to handle a wide variety of 3D measurement requirements.
Narrow-space Measuring
It has a shorter camera distance (130 mm) compared to competitors, resulting in a steeper view angle for 3D scanning in narrow spaces. SIMSCAN gathers accurate and complete data in hard-to-reach areas, such as deep grooves, and assures full-field coverage.
Detail scanning
It achieves high-precision scanning with an accuracy of up to 0.020 mm thanks to its built-in HD cameras and three scanning modes. It accurately captures 3D data of objects with complex surfaces or in restricted areas.
Three scanning modes:
- Ultra fast scanning – It can 3D scan with 17 blue laser crosses and capture up to 2.8 million measurements per second, enhancing work efficiency significantly.
- Hyperfine scanning – With 7 parallel blue laser lines, SIMSCAN Series 3D scanner can accurately collect entire data on complicated objects, catching every detail with a maximum resolution of 0.020 mm.
- Deep hole scanning – Single blue laser line scanning mode gathers 3D data accurately in hard to reach or access positions.
Portability
It’s compact and portable. SIMSCAN portable 3D scanner can perform 3D measurements anywhere and at any time, whether in narrow spaces or beneath large objects. With the AirGo Pro wireless connection link, it enables mobile and flexible 3D scanning and data display capabilities.
Automated 3D Measurement
