AXE-B Global 3D Scanner

The AXE-B scanner was developed specifically for 3D measuring large-scale objects. Global 3D scanners have an integrated photogrammetry system that delivers metrology-grade 3D solutions without the use of additional devices. When conducting a 3D inspection of a large-scale project, scanning area and volumetric accuracy are unavoidable challenges. However, this type of 3D solution benefits from innovative built-in photogrammetry system technology, which provides ultra-wide scanning area and precise data collection, improving the efficiency of high-quality 3D modeling and shortening the 3D digitizing process.

Flexible mode switching

The operating modes can be switched based on scanning needs, such as efficient, high-speed scanning and accurate deep hole scanning for difficult places such as deep holes and dead angles.

Two operating modes:

  • Ultra fast scanning – It can 3D scan with 17 blue laser crosses and capture up to 2 million measurements per second, enhancing work efficiency significantly.
  • Deep hole scanning – Single blue laser line scanning mode gathers 3D data accurately in hard to reach or access positions.

Special features:

  • Ultra-wide Vision – The ultra-wide scanning area of 860 mm × 600 mm provides an optimal and more seamless 3D scanning experience.
  • Built-in photogrammetry system – Designed to measure medium to large-sized objects with a volumetric accuracy of 0.030 mm/m.
  • Stand-alone operation – Operates independently to accomplish precise 360° real-time 3D inspection on medium to large workpieces.

Suit to Requirements of Different Industries:

  • Aerospace – Metrology-grade 3D scanning for product development and MRO workflow.
  • Automotive – Enhance work efficiency with precise 3D measurement instruments from concept design to manufacturing.
  • Mold – Using 3D scanner to optimize mold design, mold corrosion detection and archiving.
  • Energy and heavy industry – Empower the development of the energy industry and promote the upgrading of the heavy machine industry.
  • Rail transport and shipbuilding – Provide accurate measurement results for product development, virtual assembly, and repeatable analysis.
  • Non-industry – To meet the needs for 3D digitization for industries including medical field, architecture, science, education, and entertainment.
