Automatic inspection
AutoScan-K is an automated 3D scanner that can perform batch 3D scanning and inspection for data comparison without the need for human involvement. Once the scanning routes and measurement method are defined for various products, the scanner can automatically generate inspection reports.
Customized operation
Multiple measurement modes are offered depending on the characteristics of different workpieces. To meet different inspection requirements, the workpieces can be clamped from multiple angles to set inspection routes.
Precise and Effective Measurement
Workpieces of various sizes, weights, and materials can all be inspected by AutoScan-K. For high density data scanning, it may generate up to 45 laser lines at a rate of 1,650,000 measurements per second. It provides accurate 3D inspection with resolution up to 0.010 mm and volume accuracy up to 0.030 mm/m in a harsh industrial environment.
Safe and Reliable NDT
The AutoScan-K automated 3D system, which is safe, reliable, and suitable for various workshop environments, truly achieves non-contact and non-destructive intelligent testing. It is based on automated optical measurement technology. Its industrial intelligent rotary tables allow for blind-angle-free, effective inspection.
Intelligent rotary table
The automated and intelligent industrial rotary tables adapt to different clamps and fixtures. It is possible to accomplish rapid and reliable clamping without having to attach markers to the object, significantly streamlining the workflows required for preparation for 3D scanning.
Integrated design
Because the complete automated 3D inspection system uses an integrated design, high-accuracy batch inspection in workshops is made possible.
Secondary development
The secondary development allows operators to control the system by calling the SDK interface.
