Accurate and efficient
TViewer enables TrackScan to efficiently gather high-precision 3D data while additionally displaying scanning data in real time for process monitoring.
Multiple reposition methods
TViewer provides several repositioning methods, like coordinate conversion, dynamic tracking, and super reposition. When measuring large components or operating in tough conditions such as vibration environments, it can help produce precise and stable data when the position of the part and tracker changes.
- For larger parts:
-
-
- Coordinate conversion: TViewer can automatically align its scanned data as the tracker moves around the large-scale part by converting coordinates. It increases the efficiency of 3D scanning large-sized parts.
- Super reposition: It aligns the data using both targets and common data, resulting in more accurate data collecting for larger projects.
-
- For vibration environments.
-
-
- Dynamic tracking: TViewer includes dynamic tracking for monitoring vibrations in situations such as factories and workshops. It can efficiently process scanned data in real time while maintaining measurement accuracy in vibration environments.

Inspection module
The inspection module allows you to do a wide range of inspection tasks, including constructing geometric features, analyzing features, measuring distance, and analyzing geometric tolerances.
Hole inspection module
The hole inspection module allows automated identification of hole features like circles and machined holes. It provides precise inspection and delivers repeatable results for values such as hole position and diameter.
High flexibility
TViewer can be combined with Scantech’s optical 3D measurement systems, such as the TrackScan-P, TrackScan-Sharp, and TrackProbe, to accurately measure large parts over long distances.
