When paired with i-Tracker, T-Probe can be utilized remotely, free of mechanical constraints and cables. T-Probe can automatically align the coordinates of scanned data and probing data, allowing users to probe the part immediately after 3D scanning. It allows complete freedom of movement while measuring large objects with complex details.
Powerful and efficient
The T-Probe has single-point repeatability of up to 0.025 mm and volumetric accuracy of up to 0.049 mm. Its measurement rate may exceed 60 measurements per second, making it ideal for measuring various types of parts efficiently and accurately.
Comfortable and simple
T-Probe, made from carbon fiber, is lightweight, weighing only 450 grams. Its portability and ergonomic handle allow for seamless probing. Operators can operate with it for an extended period without becoming exhausted.
Vast Applications
T-Probe is available with a variety of probe lengths, allowing it to be used on complicated manufacturing floors regardless of vibration. When combined with Tviewer and third-party software, it allows for real-time optical probing.
